Your role and responsibilities

  • Develop Winning Sales Strategies:
    Develop a deep understanding of competition and create effective sales strategies to win business for IBM.
  • Sell IBM Offerings:
    Sell IBM Storage solutions directly to clients or through IBM Business Partners.
  • Maintain Product Expertise:
    Stay up-to-date on the latest solutions and technologies.
  • Collaborate with Business Partners:
    Work closely with Business Partners to identify and pursue new sales opportunities and deliver IBM solutions to clients.
  • Match Solutions to Client Needs:
    Match solutions to client requirements and drive business growth.

Required education

  • High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

  • Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Storage Solutions Expertise:
    Experience with IBM Storage offerings.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
    Experience developing effective sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge Maintenance:
    Experience maintaining up-to-date knowledge of IBM Storage solutions.
  • Business Partner

    Collaboration:

    Experience working with Business Partners.
  • Solution Matching Expertise:
    Experience matching IBM Storage solutions to client requirements.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Additional Storage Solutions Knowledge:
    Experience with other storage solutions and competitor offerings.
  • Advanced Sales Strategies:
    Experience developing complex sales strategies.
