We are expanding our Boston market and seeking a consultative, client‑focused Design Consultant to serve homeowners throughout Greater Boston and surrounding communities.

This is a W-2 position with pre‑qualified appointments, strong operational support, and uncapped earning potential.

As a Design Consultant, you will meet with homeowners in their residences, assess their needs, take measurements, and recommend custom blinds, shades, and drapery solutions.

This is a field‑based, client‑facing sales role that combines design consultation with performance‑driven income potential.

• W-2 employee position with full benefits
• Pre‑qualified, scheduled appointments — no cold calling
• Typically 2 pre‑scheduled, high‑quality appointments per day
• Only 2 Saturdays per month
• Mileage, parking, and toll reimbursement
• Company‑provided iPhone, laptop, and professional design sample kit
• Established brand with strong installation and operational support

This is a fully field‑based position. Consultants travel locally throughout the Boston area each day, typically spending 3–5 hours driving per day.

• Conduct in‑home design consultations and recommend tailored solutions
• Take accurate measurements and prepare detailed project specifications
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow‑up to drive conversion
• Deliver a professional, high‑quality client experience from consultation through installation
• Partner with installation and operations teams to ensure successful project completion
• Meet or exceed sales performance goals

• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
• Background in in‑home sales, design consulting, real estate, or luxury retail preferred
• Residence within 30 minutes of central Boston
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

• W-2 employee status (not an independent contractor)
• Transition to uncapped commission after training
• Average first‑year earnings: $100,000–$120,000+
• Top performers: $185,000–$200,000+
• Monthly bonus opportunity tied to customer reviews
• Paid training in Denver (May 4 - 15, 2026)
