Sales reps

This is a full-time on-site role for a Profit Sharing Sales Representative, located in Plainfield, CT. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, presenting and promoting company products, and collaborating with the sales team to create strategic plans for revenue growth.

• Strong sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and account management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications is advantageous
• A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or related field is a plus
