Job Description:
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain senior‑level relationships with clients across the Boston and broader East Coast region.
- Deeply understand client needs, business priorities, and challenges to position relevant solutions and capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between client objectives and the organization’s offerings.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop structured plans to capture them.
- Expand the organization’s footprint through targeted upselling and cross‑selling of services and solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and solutioning teams to craft customized proposals and client presentations.
- Build and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue, deepen relationships, and enhance client engagement.
- Track account performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective or acceleration strategies.
- Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and strong client satisfaction across programs.
- 13+ years of proven experience as a Client Partner / Account Manager managing IT services, engineering, or consulting portfolios with annual revenues of $20M+.
- Strong domain expertise in areas such as Semiconductor, Hi‑Tech
, or related industries. - Hands‑on experience in delivery governance and stakeholder management for large, geographically distributed teams (100–500 members).
- Demonstrated success in account expansion through upselling, cross‑selling, and new business development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with CXO‑level executives.
