Role Summary
The Corporate Account Manager (CAM) at Orapharma is responsible for large account management strategy and execution within community-based key focus accounts designated by the organization’s targeting methodology. The CAM adopts a total account management approach, leveraging all approved resources to meet customer objectives. They collaborate with internal and external partners to clearly articulate our value proposition to customers. This role is based in Stamford, CT;
Boston, MA; or Manchester, NH, and serves dentists, periodontists, hygienists, office staff, and DSO regional leadership.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer objectives, challenges and market forces and translate this knowledge into strategic plans to optimize customer engagement and account outcomes.
- Partner with DSO Regional Leadership in patient identification initiatives within accounts, focusing on tailoring a process and operationalizing products specific to that account/practice.
- Facilitate quarterly/monthly business reviews with key focus accounts to drive utilization of products.
- Provide marketplace feedback to corporate leadership on customer business trends, competitive updates, industry issues and opportunities.
- Update accounts on key private and public payer changes that may impact infusion process.
- Work in concert with Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that corporate product objectives are met.
- Operate consistently within Bausch Health compliance standards.
- Required:
Associate degree. - Preferred:
Bachelor's degree. - Preferred: 5 years dental sales or DSO experience.
- Preferred: P&L management at national account level, including creating and executing business plans with national level accounts.
- Preferred:
Healthcare account experience, building C-suite and regional level business relationships. - Required:
Ability to understand and present clinical information. - Required:
Must reside in defined geography.
- Overnight travel is required, up to 60–70%.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving history to drive a company vehicle.
