- Lead and manage a team of Clinical District Managers and Territory Managers to achieve sales goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to support sales and market development
- Analyze market trends and sales data to inform strategic planning and decision-making
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members while providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations
- Manage the district budget and control selling expenses effectively
- Bachelor s degree and 5 years of relevant sales experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales
- OR an advanced degree and 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
- Valid driver s license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Proven track record of sales success in the medical device industry
- Strong business planning and data-driven problem-solving skills
- 2+ years of team management experience or 3+ years of successful Medtronic Diabetes Field Sales experience
- Recognition in the medical device industry such as President s Club or Rookie of the Year
- Experience leading high-performance sales teams and providing tailored feedback
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with the Medtronic business environment and ability to align business objectives
