Position: District Sales Manager, Diabetes (New England)

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Clinical District Managers and Territory Managers to achieve sales goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to support sales and market development
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to inform strategic planning and decision-making
  • Recruit, hire, and train new team members while providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations
  • Manage the district budget and control selling expenses effectively
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree and 5 years of relevant sales experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales
  • OR an advanced degree and 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
  • Valid driver s license and active vehicle insurance policy
  • Proven track record of sales success in the medical device industry
  • Strong business planning and data-driven problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of team management experience or 3+ years of successful Medtronic Diabetes Field Sales experience
  • Recognition in the medical device industry such as President s Club or Rookie of the Year
  • Experience leading high-performance sales teams and providing tailored feedback
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with the Medtronic business environment and ability to align business objectives
