Experienced Home Care Marketer

Overview

Assisting Hands Home Care, a Greater Boston market leader in Home Care for Seniors, is looking for a B2B Sales, Marketing and business development professional to market Norfolk, Suffolk and Plymouth Counties in Massachusetts. This opportunity is unique in that our sales and marketing professional builds their own "book of business" resulting in a steady and substantial increase in annual income while providing the independence, control and annual income opportunity similar to an entrepreneur.

We provide a competitive base salary and commission for each client acquired

You will be marketing our services to large organizations that refer clients to our home care business, including but not limited to hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, Assisted Living and Independent Living retirement communities, medical practices, Legal and Financial firms, etc.

• Market our services to large organizations that refer clients to our home care business, including hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, Assisted Living and Independent Living retirement communities, medical practices, Legal and Financial firms, etc.
• Build and manage a book of business resulting in a steady and substantial increase in annual income.
• Collaborate with a salaried Home Care Registered Nurse who leads the clinical side of the business.
• Conduct sales meetings with 2-3 leadership team members and large group presentations with 8-15 professionals; accumulate more clients than competitors.
• Leverage a co-founded, long-term home care sales training opportunity with one of the highest-earning home care businesses in the U.S.
• PowerPoint expertise is a plus.
• Website service area:
  Norfolk, Suffolk and Plymouth Counties (Massachusetts).

• Proven success in B2B Sales
• Deep experience in building relationships with Leadership Team roles and front-line professionals
• Sales meeting accomplishments are essential, including small focused meetings and large group presentations
• Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure based on your cumulative Book of Business
• Sustained income growth based on your Book of Business with no annual reset – a rare opportunity to build “Equity” in your position
• You will receive Home Care sales training with a co-founder of one of the highest-earning Home Care businesses in the U.S.; this training will be long-term
• PowerPoint expertise is a plus

• Must have automobile access to the southwest, south and southeast of Boston to reach the South Shore
• Relocation not available; familiarity with towns and cities in these counties is a plus
