We are seeking an Internal Sales Support Specialist to join a growing life insurance sales team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for sales teams and financial advisors
, assisting with case design, illustrations, product information, marketing materials, and new business and underwriting needs.
- Provide pre-sales support to financial advisors and internal sales teams
- Build strong relationships with producers, back offices, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders
- Create and review illustrations and sales materials to help close business
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Problem-solve and resolve issues independently while ensuring accurate and timely service
- SIE passed (required)
- At least one FINRA license (Series 6 preferred; Series 7 acceptable; additional licenses a plus)
- Excellent communication skills (phone and written)
- Strong customer service and sales support skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to work in Boston, MA (hybrid)
- Series 63 or Massachusetts Insurance License
- Financial services or insurance experience
