About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive enterprise revenue growth by selling our CDP to large, sophisticated organizations. This role is ideal for a consultative seller who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys building deep client relationships, and is excited by the opportunity to help define sales processes in a scaling company.
You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through closing and expansion—while partnering closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and close
- Sell a complex, value-based CDP solution to large organizations and enterprise stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships with senior marketing, data, and technology leaders
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with product capabilities
- Maintain an accurate and disciplined pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
- Represent the voice of the customer and provide feedback to product and leadership teams
- Contribute to the evolution of sales strategy, messaging, and best practices as the company scales
- 5–8 years of professional sales experience
, with a strong emphasis on enterprise sales - Proven experience selling marketing technology
, SaaS, or data-driven platforms - Prior experience selling to large organizations with complex buying committees
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or adjacent technologies (Mar Tech, AdTech, data platforms)
- Strong relationship-building skills with a willingness to meet clients in person
- Previous experience working at a startup or high-growth company
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
