We are working with a natural beverage company that is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial minded individual to join their team. This role will be responsible for managing Club & Mass grocery national accounts, along with distributor and broker relationships.

An ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing successful beverage CPG brands, experience managing Club and Mass national accounts, and a passion for building brands in a fast-paced environment.

MUST be already located on the east coast. *

Job Responsibilities:
  • Achieve the sales plan and P&L within defined strategic customers – including volume, net sales, gross margin, & customer trade spend
  • Ability to build win-win joint business plans with customers
  • Sightline – develop sales and customer activation plans
  • Effectively manages customers to grow business and outpace category growth is a must
  • Continuously building and maintaining key account, broker, and distributor relationships
  • Demonstrates creative out of the box thinking, organization skills, detail-oriented mindset, collaborative, with strong presentation skills
  • Align & partner across the organization to drive the sales strategy and execution
  • Analyze data/insights and incorporate learnings into sales pitches and presentations
  • Challenge the status quo and be a change agent within the company
Required Skills/

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in related field, Marketing, Business, Finance is ideal
  • 10+ years of CPG food sales experience. CPG beverage sales experience is a must.
  • Proven experience in sales growing a CPG beverage company
  • Proven track record of success with Walmart, Costco, Target, and other club channels & conventional grocery
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis
  • Experience and success managing regional and national DSD distributors and brokers
  • Comfortable traveling 50%
  • Ability to present to leadership with a detail oriented and creative mindset.
