• Develop new business relationships and manage existing accounts in the medical community
• Establish and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other referral sources
• Assist with account strategies, territory planning, and administrative responsibilities
• Increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets and quotas
• Maintain Salesforce accurately and investigate sales or customer issues as needed

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of three (3) years of field sales experience in the cardiology, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries
• At least two years of experience using CRM or Salesforce
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in sales orientation and training programs
• Above-average presentation skills
• Strong business acumen and results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively as a team player
