The role

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship‑driven Inside Sales Support professional to play a key role in supporting our Field Sales team and strengthening partnerships with travel agency accounts. You’ll act as an extension of the remote Field Sales function, providing day‑to‑day operational support, delivering training, and helping drive engagement across our trade partners. In this varied and fast‑paced role, you’ll be a key point of contact for travel partners, offering guidance on our products, policies and sales tools.

You’ll help ensure the smooth running of Field Sales operations while keeping up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings and internal developments. You will also work within sales budgets, maintain accurate records in Salesforce, and support the creation of reports for key accounts and sales initiatives.

About you

You’ll bring a minimum of two years’ experience in the travel industry, ideally in sales or account management, and will be confident building strong relationships with a wide range of partners. Well‑travelled and knowledgeable about key international destinations, you communicate clearly, present confidently, and approach every interaction with a customer‑first mindset. Highly organised and able to manage a varied workload, you take a methodical approach, think strategically, and negotiate effectively.

You’re a flexible team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and embodies our values — positive, passionate about travel, and committed to making a difference.

Additional experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with travel agencies (desirable)
  • Valid driver’s licence, reliable personal vehicle, and valid passport
  • Strong digital skills including proficiency in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and Outlook) and online meeting/webinar tools
  • Experience with Salesforce is a bonus
  • Ability to travel regularly (20–40%), sometimes including evenings or weekends
Location

In person days will be hosted in our beautiful Boston, MA office located in the North End! We ask that employees are office‑based for a minimum of 3 days per week.
