Business Development Associate - New England Area. Remote within the Northeastern Region preferably (NY, NJ, PA, MA). Full time:
Beverage/Soft Drinks Industry. We are a fast-growing beverage bottler and brand owner, delivering bold flavors and innovation to the soft drink market. Our portfolio includes franchise marketing with leading brands across Central and South America, including the Caribbean, alongside our rapidly expanding portfolio of company-owned brands.

Salary starting at $65,000. Benefits:
Full benefits including paid vacation. Car allowance provided to support regional travel. 20% bonus if performance goals are met.
The role will act as a Brand Ambassador for USA of Brazil's #1 Soft drink, Guarana Antarctica. We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate to lead sales execution and marketing efforts across the North Eastern region of the USA for Brooklyn Bottling Brands. You will be working with our distributors and sales accounts to ensure proper shelf positioning, promotional displays as well as handling pricing models.
This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) beverage sales, distributor and wholesaler management.
- Distributor and Retail Network Management:
Further build the sales channel funnel and maintain strong relationships with our regional distributors. - Monitor performance metrics (sales, volume, coverage, compliance).
- Conduct training, ride alongs and joint business planning with distributor partners.
- Support and grow retail accounts including supermarkets, convenience stores and independents.
- Retail and Field Execution:
Ensure effective product placement, planogram adherence and promotional execution. - Lead merchandising efforts to increase brand visibility and availability.
- Audit stores regularly to ensure brand standards are met.
- 5+ years experience in the beverage or food space. Successfully representing MA, RI and CT territories.
- Proven success in managing distributor relationships and retail sales in the Northeast Region.
- Strong leadership, organizational and leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of retail merchandising, sales analytics and CRM tools.
- Comfortably travelling frequently across the region (75% of the time). 25% periodically in NY/NJ.
- Quarterly visits to Miami and Orlando. Majority of the time spent in MA, Northern CT and RI.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or any related degree is preferred.
- Languages:
English and Spanish (Portuguese is an advantage).
