You Can Expect

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving market growth and maximizing sales of the company’s surgical product portfolio within an assigned territory. This role requires a high-performing individual capable of selling in a clinical environment, providing in-depth product expertise, and building strategic relationships with surgeons, OR personnel, hospital leadership, and supply chain teams. The Sales Representative is accountable for achieving revenue targets, expanding product adoption, and delivering exceptional customer support during.

You’ll Create Impact
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare systems.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and clinical value discussions with key decision makers.
  • Grow market share by expanding utilization within existing accounts and establishing new customer relationships.
  • Deliver hands‑on product training, in‑services, and education for surgeons, OR staff, and other clinical personnel.
  • Ensure safe and effective product use by supporting customers before, during, and after surgical procedures; builds relationships with customers to increase loyalty and customer experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs, troubleshooting, and product inquiries.
  • Proactively address customer concerns, anticipate future needs, and deliver outstanding service.
  • Provides insight on market potential, territory/customer concerns, opportunities.
  • Analyzes sales/market data to assist in development of territory strategy.
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs and forecast volume potential.
  • Facilitates order processing, returns, and follows up as required.
  • Represents the company at trade association meetings or educational events to build relationships and promote products.
  • Complies with company policies and procedures including compliance, safety, travel and expense reporting requirements.

Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences or related field, preferred.
  • 0‑3+ years of successful sales experience in med device or healthcare, or 2+ years of experience in clinical case coverage.
  • Professional Selling Skills (PSS) experience, preferred.
  • Must have a current / active state issued driver’s license.
Travel Expectations
  • Requires daily local travel and some longer distance/overnight travel for trade shows and business meetings.

This is a commission based position.
