Inside Sales Account Manager – Manufacturing/Industrial Materials

Base pay range: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.

• Serve as main contact for 10–15 key accounts.
• Own day‑to‑day communication with assigned customers, mostly via email.
• Manage inbound RFQs, bids, and commercial questions for assigned accounts.
• Review bid packages and decide which opportunities to quote or decline.
• Coordinate with purchasing to source material and confirm availability.
• Build accurate quotes that balance margin goals and competitiveness.
• Interpret customer material specs using training and internal resources.
• Send timely quotes, order confirmations, and revised documentation.
• Provide proactive order status updates and resolve account issues.
• Maintain organized account records in Outlook, ERP, and shared files.
• Partner with outside sales and operations to support account projects.
• Join occasional customer visits or industry conferences as needed.

• 2+ years of Inside Sales or Customer Service‑related experience required.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, materials, or other spec‑driven environments required.
• Experience working with technical specifications or engineered products required.
