Are you based in any of these locations - East Coast, Chicago, Texas or Northern California - and are looking for a new role in the collaborative litigation management software space?
Our client is going through a period of growth and is looking to hire an experienced Account Executive to drive new business. Must have litigation or eDiscovery sales experience. This is a fully remote role with responsibility for winning new clients and owning the full sales cycle, selling complex legal software to law firms and in‑house legal teams.
The role- Own the full sales process from discovery through to close.
- Sell enterprise legal tech solutions to litigation teams and legal decision makers.
- Deliver confident, engaging demos to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Work closely with SDRs, customer success and internal stakeholders.
- Support renewals and identify expansion opportunities where appropriate.
- Proven new business sales experience in legal tech.
- Strong background in litigation or eDiscovery sales.
- Track record of closing complex B2B SaaS deals.
- Comfortable selling to law firms and corporate legal teams.
- Confident presenting sophisticated software solutions.
- Self‑motivated and effective in a remote environment.
- Located on either the East Coast, Chicago, Texas or Northern California.
