Senior Talent Acquisition / HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through in‑person meetings to deal closure
• Sell HCM solutions to C‑suite and top executive decision‑makers
• Develop and present compelling business cases demonstrating how Paycom improves organizational efficiency
• Efficiently schedule appointments through cold calling, phone outreach, and in‑person “drop‑in” visits
• Serve as the first point of contact for many Paycom clients, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Paycom products and clearly articulate client benefits
• Adapt sales strategies in response to objections and rejection
• Continuously learn and stay current on industry trends, product updates, and legislative changes

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen in a professional environment
• Client‑facing experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Cold‑calling or outbound prospecting experience
• 1‑5 years of experience in a sales role or equivalent
• College internship or recent postgraduate experience considered
