The Role

This is a high-volume, inbound quoting and sales role. You’ll respond to inbound requests, design transportation plans, and convert quotes into booked business. No cold calling—100% inbound leads. Think of it as part logistics consultant (solving transportation puzzles), part sales closer (earning client trust and securing bookings).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to 10–30 inbound quote requests daily (corporate RFPs, weddings, conventions, private aviation
  • Conduct intake calls to uncover client details and requirements.
  • Design accurate, professional transportation plans (vehicles, loops, timing, staging)
  • Follow up consistently until bookings are confirmed
  • Build manifests in Google Sheets, set up Slack/Whats App groups, and brief chauffeurs
  • Coordinate with venues and hotels to secure staging approvals
  • Ensure a clean handoff to dispatch so trips run smoothly
Success is Measured By
  • Conversion Rate: How many inbound quotes you turn into bookings
  • Speed-to-Quote: First response within minutes; same-day proposals
  • Accuracy: Plans that work in the real world without surprises
  • Client Trust: Clear, polished communication that earns repeat business
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong logistics/problem-solving skills
  • Sales instinct with the ability to build trust and close business
  • Hospitality mindset: polished, professional communication
  • Knowledge of Boston traffic, airports, FBOs, hotels, and venues (or ability to learn quickly)
  • High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, Slack, CRM systems ( or Salesforce)
  • Fluent/native English required
Preferred

Background in hospitality, events, or travel operations.
