Base pay range: $47,500.00/yr. Commission incentives with uncapped potential.
Responsibilities- Full cycle recruiting for mid to senior/executive-level candidates across micro-specialized industries.
- Develop new business and nurture existing client relationships.
- Act as consultant for clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Negotiate candidate and commercial terms.
- Earn commission on successful placements.
- $47,500 base salary + uncapped commission (75k‑85k average 1st year OTE).
- Unlimited commission on placements and new client signings.
- Merit‑based promotions and leadership development.
- Equity ownership program after two years of tenure.
