Overview
Enterprise Account Executive (NYC or Boston - candidates located in NYC are remote and Boston candidates onsite 1-2 days a week).
We're building the founding Enterprise AE for a fast-growing AI developer tools company backed by a $20M Series A. With $10M ARR, 3,000+ paying customers, and over 100,000 monthly active users, the product is already proven and is consistently one of the top trending apps on Git Hub Marketplace.
Now it's time to scale the enterprise. This is a rare chance to join early, shape the GTM motion, and sell into one of the largest markets in tech - every company that writes code.
What You'll Do:- Own the full-cycle sales process for enterprise accounts
- Drive net-new business and land-and-expand opportunities with technical buyers (CTOs, CISOs, Dev Ops Leaders, VPs of Eng.)
- Collaborate closely with leadership to refine the sales playbook and GTM strategy
- Represent a product with strong developer adoption and clear ROI
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales (six-figure deals, technical personas, 4-8 average sales cycle)
- Experience selling into technical leadership personas including C-suite
- Strong outbound and pipeline generation skills, with the ability to run complex multi-threaded deals
- Startup DNA - comfortable building processes in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Strong sales motion, feel comfortable jumping in mid-cycle to get deals across the finish line
- Be part of the founding AE East team and directly influence sales strategy
- Work with a product that already has market fit and thousands of champions inside target accounts (almost $3M done in PLG)

- Location:
Remote in NYC (expectation to come in 1-2 times a month) or Boston (come to the office 1-2 times a week) - Compensation: $120-$150k x2
