Outside Sales Representative

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Leverage our exclusive platform to connect with interested individuals, focusing on engaging and serving clients.
• Client Engagement: Present and promote life insurance solutions by conducting needs assessments to help clients make informed decisions.
• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships through follow-ups and ongoing support.
• Training & Development: Participate in coaching sessions and gain experience from top virtual sales reps.
• Sales Tracking: Use tools to maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to offer solutions fitting client needs and budgets.
• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (training provided).
• Previous industry experience is a plus but not required.
