Position: Account Executive - Field Based Sales (Nursing Education)

Responsibilities
  • Research and develop new account opportunities within the assigned region, targeting key contacts
  • Source new sales opportunities through cold calling and follow-ups with institutional prospects
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care team to process quotes and close sales
  • Conduct on-site presentations and sales demos, as well as webinars for student groups
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and manage post-sales support to ensure customer retention
Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of sales experience or having used the employer's products to pass the NCLEX exam
  • Proven ability to convert prospects and achieve sales quotas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with potential customers
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% within the defined territory
  • Strong organizational abilities with a collaborative mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience in education or publishing fields
  • Experience in account development and time management
  • Aptitude for problem-solving using a consultative sales approach
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Proven ability to adapt to a growing company environment
