Outside Sales Representative

This role is ideal for a driven, relationship-focused salesperson who thrives in complex, consultative sales environments and enjoys working with multiple stakeholders on large-scale projects.

• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts
• Build and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the construction industry
• Navigate a consultative sales process with longer cycles and high-value deals
• Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and solutions
• Travel as needed to maintain relationships and close business

• 3–7 years of successful B2B or construction-related sales experience
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to manage longer sales cycles
• Experience selling into complex organizations with multiple decision-makers
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality and the drive to exceed targets
