This role will play an essential part in the growth of the El Nacho brand throughout New England. We are looking for the right person to provide support through sales calls, merchandising, and in-store demos. This role will be an integral face of the brand within local key accounts, both in top retail chains and high-profile on-premise regional favorites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong understanding of sales opportunities throughout New England

• Align workflow and effort to ensure company goals are reached

• Secure brand awareness by opening and managing key accounts

• Plan and execute store samplings, demos, and merchandising projects to gain incremental sales

• Secure additional off-shelf placements to drive velocity in our large retail partners

• Spearhead the expansion of the El Nacho delivery route within Boston

• Identify and pursue new distribution targets in the region

• Oversee existing distribution partner growth by participating in rep deals, goal setting, and route rides

• Ensure pricing is aligned within key accounts and monitor on a constant basis

• Analyze depletion reports and in-store promotion results. Advise on trends month over month

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the CPG space, specifically sales and field marketing

• Live within 30 miles of Boston and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while working in the field the majority of the time

• Capable of independently planning work weeks with flexible days & hours

• Ability to work in the trade as needed in ME, VT, RI, NH, Western MA

• Must have valid driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle

• Ability to lift 40 pounds, stack shelves, stand for long periods of time

• Interpersonal skills and presentation experience

• Understanding of various pack size channel pricing and deal setting

• Excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem solver

• Proficient in account stage tracking in a CRM platform
