Commercial Risk Producer

What the day will look like- Showcase connections and networking capabilities to generate new business.
- Influence and collaborate with others to build strategic plans and present a variation of risk solutions to meet client needs.
- Broadening consultative reach by engaging prospects and providing creative and applicable advice across all of Aon’s solutions.
- Solve complex business issues using the data and analytics available at your fingertips from Aon’s research teams combining your eye for business and understanding of current trends.
- Support a team in the management of a portfolio of prospects’ business.

Skills and experience that will lead to success- 5-10+ years of experience in insurance, consulting or enterprise products and/or services.
- Demonstrated capability to adhere to and champion a successful sales process.
- Currently have or willingness to acquire P&C license.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
The salary range for this position is $138,700 - $257,500 annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive production incentives in addition to base salary. The amount of any production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
