Are you ready to step into the spotlight? Asour Director of Sales, you'll be the driving force behind our continued expansion journey! Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President with plenty of CEO interaction, this is a seat at the leadership table. Your mission? To woo new clients and take our services to unprecedented heights! While you collaborate closely with our service team, your primary focus will be cultivating prospects into devoted clients, while our account management team handles the ongoing excellent service.
MarketOpportunity
We are excited to hire a sales leader to bringour current services to additional clients, focusing on areas of strength,namely high-volume staffing in the areas of non-regulated healthcare nursing,contact center, early career, administrative, and direct care. Historically, Pro Pivotal has grown largely through transactional sales or through word of mouth, we see a great opportunity to now sell to a wider market.
We are looking to target medium-sized clients. Our focus is to acquire clients based in Massachusetts within a 30-minute car ride of the Pro Pivotal office. We are an in-person organization that wantsto have an in-person relationship with clients without getting on a plane.
Do you have business-to-business sales experience in the Greater Boston market?
Your experience does not need to be selling staffing services but we are looking for someone who has sold to the same buyers of staffing services. We sell services (vs. a product) and we want someone with a record of effective collaboration with service teams and with signification tenure at a quality organization. Doyou have a record of being a key contributing member of a leadership team?

Doyou want to work in person in our Boston office. Our approach (100% in-office) is an important facilitator of communication amongst our management team as well as afacilitator of staff development. We typically employ professionals who have an easy commute to our Boston Office.
