What Will You Do?

Your job as an Account Sales Representative will involve:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential residential customers for Verizon through direct outreach.
  • Conduct on-site interactions in neighborhoods to assess telecommunication needs and showcase relevant Internet, phone, or Wireless products.
  • Develop and present customized product solutions by evaluating current services and highlighting opportunities for new offerings or improvements.
  • Leverage comprehensive product knowledge to ensure accurate and complete information during sales interactions.
  • Employ a consultative sales methodology to build trust, understand customer challenges, and propose mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Expand Verizon’s customer base through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas with effective strategies.
  • Contribute to growth and customer satisfaction by closing sales and fostering positive experiences that promote loyalty and referrals.

What Should You Have?

We look for the following attributes in an Account Sales Representative:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (a plus)
  • Prior experience as an Account Sales Representative or similar client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable in a commission-based environment
  • Able to handle rejection gracefully
