Account Management/Account Director

Location – Boston /onnaise areas werkn

Responsibilities

  • Create a strategic roadmap to drive growth within the account/portfolio and execute the plan to drive incremental revenue.
  • Manage customer negotiations and driving pricing discussions.
  • Sell digital, application, IoT, engineering, infrastructure, and cloud products and services.
  • Engage with horizontal and solution teams to proactively identify improvement/opportunity areas and sell cross‑business‑unit solutions to the client.
  • Expand HCL's footprint by coming up with creative solutions that help solve business problems.
  • Have 10‑18+ years’ experience in selling and leading complex and transformation programs.
  • Hands‑on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
  • Proven record of rapidly scaling up revenues consistently and Y‑o‑Y growth.
  • Track record of interacting and building relationships with C‑level clientССcontact.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple activities in a very dynamic, changing environment.
  • Account financial management: lead generation and ensuring CSAT.
  • Sold to any of the following lines of business:
    Retail / CPG / Groceries.
  • Manage existing client relationships, own existing services, and build a diverse portfolio through the opportunity management cycle:
    Prospect‑Evaluate‑Propose‑Close.
  • Drive aggressive growth potential through cross‑sell and upsell.
  • Manage account operations (SOW觢/Billing BUT3rd‑party contracts and renewals and ensuring high DSO with focus on revenue growth and margin improvement).
