The Role
ACS is seeking a full‑cycle Account Executive to drive new business growth and expand long‑term client partnerships. This role is ideal for a hungry, coachable seller who thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑based environment and enjoys owning the entire sales process, from prospecting through close.
You’ll be responsible for generating net‑new managed services revenue, running discovery with business decision‑makers, and collaborating closely with technical leadership to deliver the right solutions. This is a true hunter role with meaningful upside and a clear path to earning.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution alignment, proposal, and close
- Generate net‑new MRR by targeting SMB decision‑makers
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover business and technology pain points
- Build and manage a strong pipeline
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and position managed IT solutions
- Accurately track activity, pipeline, and forecasts in Hub Spot
- Leverage Zoom Info and outbound tools to drive consistent pipeline generation
- Represent ACS with professionalism, urgency, and integrity in all client interactions

Requirements
- Experience selling services or solutions in a full‑cycle sales role (MSP experience strongly preferred)
- Proven hunter mentality with comfort in outbound prospecting
- Strong discovery, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Coachable, competitive, and motivated by performance‑based compensation
- Comfortable working on‑site in a collaborative, high‑energy sales environment
- Experience using CRM and sales intelligence tools (Hub Spot, Zoom Info, or similar)
