Enterprise Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative - GRC to join our NA team based in Boston. This role focuses on outbound prospecting and qualifying leads across market segments, collaborating closely with the sales and product teams.

• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably B2B
• Self‑starter capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, changing environment
• Strong prospecting skills through outbound calls, emails and social media
• Excellent customer‑centric communication, able to build relationships between prospects and the sales team
• Competitive research and opportunity identification skills
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Process improvement orientation and willingness to assist with product demos and scheduling
• Informed about GRC or risk‑management topics is a plus
• Team‑player mindset and strong people‑personality to influence stakeholders
