Position: VP Client Partner (BFS)- IT

Our client is a listed IT services firm that offers a spectrum of solutions covering IT services. They are an innovative firm that has been regarded by the industry analysts and are looking to introduce new age solutions to the market.

Role:

Under the direction of the Banking & Financial Services Head, the role will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with key clients, and driving business growth. As a VP, Business Development, you will play a crucial role in aligning IT services with the clients' business objectives, fostering collaboration, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients. Understand clients' business objectives and challenges, aligning them with the IT solutions and services. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Business Development:
    Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and pursue avenues for account growth. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for expanding the client base. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify potential business opportunities. Develop and manage budgets for client accounts, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness. Work closely with the finance department to track revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 5 years of Business Development experience in Banking.
  • Experience of selling IT solutions.
  • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle, presenting and discussing solutions.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong customer, quality, and results orientation.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels.
