Pace Engineering is a fast‑growing U.S. recruiting firm connecting world‑class talent with innovative AI, Robotics, HPC, and Software Engineering startups. We help high‑growth technology companies find top engineering and technical talent, and we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business development, build relationships with key decision‑makers, and grow PACE’s client network.

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at PACE Engineering, you’ll focus on identifying opportunities, generating leads, and qualifying prospects to expand PACE’s presence in high‑growth technology markets. You’ll engage with founders, executives, and other decision‑makers to build strong client relationships and maintain an organized sales pipeline. What You’ll Do
  • Research and identify high‑potential startups and companies in AI, Robotics, HPC, and Software Engineering

  • Track market trends and company news to identify opportunities
Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Pace Engineering offers a base salary plus fully uncapped commission.

Pace Engineering offers a hybrid work schedule.
