The Job

You are responsible for results in your territory.

You Will
  • Own and grow on‑ and off‑premise accounts
  • Build influential customer relationships, identify distribution gaps and close them
  • Sell and execute Baystate’s wine and spirits portfolio
  • Use sales data to drive smarter decisions and profit
  • Maintain consistent call coverage and execution standards
  • Stay ahead of competitors, trends, and new products
  • Show up prepared for meetings, ride‑withs, and training

This is a field‑based role for people who want to be in front of customers—not behind a desk.

What It Takes
  • 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Competitive mindset and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable being held accountable to goals
  • Organized, disciplined, and customer‑focused
  • Tech‑savvy (iPad, smartphone, CRM tools)
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs and spend most days in the field
