- Develop a thorough understanding of the employer’s business direction, mission, and operating strategies
- Identify and prioritize potential accounts based on sales volume and project size
- Engage with clients to determine the best product solutions for their needs
- Maintain and update the CRM database with relevant customer and project information
- Provide regular sales and market updates to regional and territory leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of sales-related experience
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel overnight as required (30%)
- Industry experience in flooring or related sectors
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience with project management
- Familiarity with eco-innovation and sustainable practices in manufacturing
