OverviewMust have experience selling to State Government as well as Case Management Solutions (Hyland OnBase and Salesforce preferred). Must be located in the New England area and be able to go to the client site (Boston) often; position is remote.
Responsibilities- Four‑year college degree or satisfactory completion of a business curriculum from an accredited school or equivalent work experience.
- 15+ years of experience in complex sales.
- 15+ years of experience in the IIM or a related industry.
- Experience providing solutions relating to business process improvement.
- Experience servicing internal and external customers.
- Experience working with external vendors/partners.
- Experience with solution or strategic selling.
- Lead/Opportunity Generation and Pipeline Management – develop, qualify leads into opportunities.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy plan to generate leads and opportunities inside and outside the Konica Minolta customer base to meet/exceed quota.
- Prospecting and developing business relationships with enterprise clients.
- Leverage knowledge to educate clients on benefits of Konica Minolta solutions.
- Opportunity Management & Forecasting – manage and document opportunity/sales process through the CRM system.
- Proposal / RFP preparation – manage RFI/RFP process and final responses.
- Demonstrations & Konica Minolta IIM Experience – qualify customer needs and collaborate with Sales Engineering.
- Scope / Project Profile Preparation – define requirements, ROI, goals for projects and coordinate with Sales Engineer and Professional Services.
- Pre‑Implementation Activities – review Functional Requirements Document (FRD).
- Post‑Implementation Activities – review implementation results, ROI, case study.
- Account Management – work with Customer Success Manager to ensure client outcomes; identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales process and overall team quality.
- Grow knowledge and awareness of best practices and market trends.
- Event participation – plan and execute marketing activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners, coworkers, and external vendors.
- Team‑oriented and collaborative.
- Strong listening skills – understand customer needs.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of IIM products and services – Tungsten Automation, Hyland, Microsoft, Salesforce, Square

- Moderate travel to prospect/customer locations, as assigned.
- Job duties are sedentary and normally performed in a climate‑controlled office environment or remote.
