Duties- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Manage retail product displays, merchandising, stocking shelves, and ensuring the salon area is tidy and attractive.
- Conduct product demos to educate clients on new or featured items, encouraging upselling opportunities.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of low supplies.
- Support supervising staff during busy periods by helping with sales floor tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with clients and team members.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively.
- Previous supervising experience is advantageous for supporting team coordination.
- Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos enhances your ability to boost sales.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math ensures accurate transactions.
- Knowledge of grocery store or retail environments helps in managing stock and merchandising tasks efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for creating positive client interactions.
Pay: $18.87 - $20.54 per hour
