JOB OVERVIEW
As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the Hallmark face. You'll collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations when needed.
SALARY AND SCHEDULE DETAILS- Your starting hourly pay rate will be $15.75 - $17.75 depending on skills and experience.
- Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
- This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
- Average weekly hours are between 10‑12 hours per week
. - Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required
.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores.
The role is physically demanding, requiring consistent push, pull, lift, and carry of cartons and fixtures up to 30 pounds daily and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, climbing stairs, and using step ladders are part of the daily routine.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Capable of lifting and carrying products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Proficient with a digital hand‑held device for reading documents and interpreting information.
- Access to Wi‑Fi and the Internet.
- Reliable transportation to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
