Who you are:

Made to Measure Specialists at Brunello Cucinelli deliver an elevated, highly personalized client experience for both prospective and existing customers. This role is integral to our brand and supports the team in achieving sales goals and operational objectives. Made to Measure Specialists serve as ambassadors of the brand and furthering the Humanistic philosophy of Solomeo.

Role responsibilities:
  • Provide industry-leading customer service, building strong guest loyalty through an elevated in-store experience.
  • Develop and grow the Made-to-Measure business within the location by cultivating a dedicated clientele and partnering cross-functionally with Client Advisors and store leadership.
  • Maximize all selling opportunities to achieve and exceed individual sales goals while driving repeat business through effective use of clientele tools and relationship-building.
  • Continuously demonstrate and expand product knowledge to enhance sales, utilizing company-provided resources to deepen understanding of the assortment.
  • Participate in initial and final fittings, ensuring accuracy in measurements, recordkeeping, and order entry.
  • Uphold all MTM service, visual, and operational standards.
  • Share insights and performance updates related to the MTM business with the Store Manager and MTM Manager.
  • Partner with corporate teams to support the success of the MTM business.
  • Collaborate with other store locations to host MTM trunk shows and client appointment events.
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve client concerns using best-in-class customer service practices.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, consistently reflecting the brand’s aesthetic, lifestyle, and philosophy.
  • Complete operational responsibilities under the direction of store leadership, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory tasks, and other assigned duties, demonstrating flexibility as business needs evolve.
  • Utilize sound business acumen in relation to store performance, product assortment, and business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness by adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Promote collaboration and teamwork, celebrating collective successes and sharing credit.
  • Proactively seek feedback to support continuous growth and development.
Qualifications:
  • Strong affinity for Brunello Cucinelli brand and philosophy.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in an elevated retail or hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and networking skills, with the ability to network and develop clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite;
    Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to stand for multiple hours and lift up to 40 pounds on occasion.
  • Availability to work a varied schedule each week including weekends and holidays.
