Retail Merchandising Specialist position with weekly pay, paid training, and diverse assignments. Open to candidates from general retail, grocery, home improvement, tech support, cosmetics, or installation backgrounds. Comprehensive training provided.

Earn weekly pay s is an ongoing, part-time opportunity requiring long-term availability to work 20 hours per week minimum Monday-Friday between early morning and midday, with occasional weekend hours during busier periods.

We support you with a dedicated BDS Field Manager, paid virtual and in-store training, instructional videos through an app, and a virtual call center for live support.

Minimum pay: USD 17.00/hour. Maximum pay: USD 18.00/hour.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to assigned retail stores to conduct visits within your territory
• Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products (TVs, tablets, headphones, speakers, printers, phones)
• Possibly partner with team members on 2–3 person projects such as appliance or TV installs
• Build and maintain positive in-store relationships
• Complete assignments as directed by your BDS Manager
• Ensure reporting is completed on time from your mobile device
• Schedule and complete work per BDS Standards and Expectations (onboarding)
• Receive materials at home or pick up at Fed Ex and deliver to stores
• Other tasks as requested by management

What You’ll Bring

Experience and

Education:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Previous merchandising, customer service, and/or retail experience preferred

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with BDS and in-store personnel
• Must be proficient with a personal Android or Apple device (GPS) to upload photos and report data
• Must own a basic toolkit (toolkit cost reimbursement after successful probation)
• A basic toolkit includes: screwdriver set, hammer, cordless drill, wrenches, box cutter, pliers, etc.
• Must complete paid BDS online training courses within the required timeline
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Availability and Logistics:

• Flexible availability Monday–Friday, early morning to midday, with occasional weekends
• Available to work 20 hours per week minimum
• Ability to drive for the company with reliable transportation, a valid license, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to travel within a designated market up to a 60-mile radius (drive time and mileage reimbursed)

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described are representative of those necessary to perform the essential functions. Reasonable accommodations may be made. Duties include standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 40+ pounds, climbing ladders, and potentially operating moving equipment after training.

• Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push/pull, talk or hear, and drive
• Regularly lift and carry 40+ pounds
• Climb ladders taller than 10 feet
• Certification to operate moving equipment may be required

The pay range is based on experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and must comply with wage laws.
