Overview
Summary: Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and ensure cleanliness and organization in the grocery food sections.
Responsibilities- Stock and replenish dairy and frozen products in coolers and freezers
- Rotate products using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method
- Ensure product temperatures meet food safety standards
- Face and block items to maintain a clean, organized appearance
- Remove expired or damaged products from shelves
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dairy and frozen areas
- Check and update shelf labels and promotional signage
- Provide friendly and helpful service to customers in the department
- Time management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Good communication and customer service skills
