La Ligne offers versatile clothing collections inspired by the line with endless styling options. Were inspired by all kinds of self-expression.

We design everyday necessities and the occasional splurgethe kind of clothing we would want to wear. We prize functionality but we also want you to have fun while youre  other words, if you cant eat, dance and drink in it, we wont make it. And while some clothes stay and some go, we want to be the ones that stay awhile.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and retain strong client relationships through customer engagement and clienteling

Open and close store including all related duties

Communicate inventory needs to support business goals Help facilitate in-store events Team sell to achieve monthly store goals

Increase in store sales by cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts Maintain a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front

Ensure presentation of all displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual direction

Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

High School/GED required;
Associate or Bachelors degree preferred Existing client base Strong aesthetic sensibilities and sense of style2+ years retail experience

Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment

PAY RATE: $20-$24/hr + Commission (based on experience & qualifications)
