Job Summary

The Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store’s community strategy, including engaging the local community through relationship building, events, product seeding, and delivering a world‑class guest experience on the floor.

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring the community strategy to life through community foundations and guest experience pillars.
• Establish and manage local key relationships (e.g., Ambassadors, studio owners, and community partners) to increase new guest acquisition and retention.
• Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities and enhance the store as a community hub.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess unique needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless guest experience.
• Attend, support, and host local and regional community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community‑relevant business data and metrics to identify insights and share recommendations with store leadership.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive, productive, and fun experience for all team members.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation methods.
• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, community building, grassroots marketing, or brand engagement.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners (nice to have).
• Flexibility to work varied shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasionally early mornings or late nights/overnights during peak times.

Base pay range: $22.00–$25.01 /hour;
Target bonus: $2.00 /hour;
Total target base pay range: $22.00–$25.01 /hour.
