Assist the Tax Manager in reporting across jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to all local, state, and federal tax laws. Manage external vendors to ensure timely reporting.
Support information reporting compliance across all applicable federal and state regimes (e.g., 1099-MISC, 1099-NEC, W-2G, 1042-S).
Partner with product and engineering teams to support new products and withholding logic across existing products.
Conduct tax technical research and analysis across federal and state to support compliance positions, audits, and policy development.
Support communication with customers and vendors regarding reporting questions, corrections, or with holdings.
Help drive process improvements to scale reporting capabilities as the business grows.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in corporate tax, preferably in a public accounting firm or multinational corporation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong eye for process improvement.
Experience in 1099 and/or W-2G preparation is a plus.
Experience in Snowflake and Alteryx is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously as part of a fast‑growing team.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is 72,000.00 USD - 90,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
