Under the leadership of the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, the Merchandise Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of merchandise including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment.

• Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation on the selling floor.
• Maintain standards in placement and presentation.
• Participate in store initiatives such as floor recovery, supply replenishment, especially during peak periods.
• Locate requested merchandise and complete orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly.
• Ad‑hoc responsibilities as needed.

• Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, handle racks and carts of merchandise; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Learn and retain merchandising standards in compliance with visual standards.
• Strong computer skills: use RF guns, PC, iOS device, Excel/Word, and proprietary platforms.
• Work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Consistently meet deadlines and follow through on assigned tasks.
• Work a flexible schedule as per business needs and adhere to Dependability standards.
• Drive company vehicle as needed (meeting state Driver’s License requirements).
• Other store initiatives as assigned.
