As a Retail Selling Flex Colleague, you blend results‑driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You understand each customer’s needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with the right products and services. Whether on the sales floor or fitting room, your warmth and product knowledge turn everyday visits into memorable moments while staying focused on achieving selling goals.

• Begin each day energized, greet teammates, ensure the sales floor is clean and organized, and review sales goals and new product information.
• Focus on the customer on the floor, offering a warm welcome, eye contact, and friendly conversations to build relationships.
• Maintain a shoppable space: recover floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves.
• Finish strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have everything they need, and ending with a sincere thank‑you.
• Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.
• Strive for continuous improvement, take pride in work, and achieve sales goals while learning from each other.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to:
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Communicate and collaborate with customers and colleagues.
• Meet daily sales goal challenges.
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Be resourceful, eager to start new ventures, and adapt to changing priorities; work independently or as part of a team.
• Handle electronic devices with no problem.

• Talk, lift, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift at least 25lbs, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level.
• Require close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and technology, including handheld devices, cash registers, and transaction processing.
