Base pay range$90,000.00/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities- Maintain and update Open‑to‑Buy (OTB) reports, forecasting sales, gross margin, and inventory turnover at the style and SKU level.
- Run and compile routine reports on SKU performance, inventory position, sales trends, and product velocity.
- Support seasonal and in‑season merchandise plans aligned to financial targets.
- Assist in reforecasting efforts by analyzing current performance and preparing updated projections.
- Identify and communicate in‑season risks and opportunities, offering recommendations to the merchant team.
- Support product assortment planning across item, color, and size ranges.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Marketing to propose markdown strategies to achieve sales, margin, and inventory goals.
- Manage replenishment plans to ensure optimal stock levels and demand support.
- Execute purchase orders for seasonal and replenishment buys following planning direction.
- Coordinate with the Inventory team to monitor inventory health and support markdown decisions.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform business insights.
- Provide shipping instructions with Operations to meet launch goals.
- Support ongoing analyses, projects, and process improvement efforts across the Planning function.
- 2+ years of merchandise planning, allocation, or related analytical experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong Excel skills for large data sets.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom.
- Experience with planning systems (Tableau, Net Suite, or similar) preferred.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, eager to learn, and owns work.
- Positive attitude and strong team orientation.
