Store Manager - STORE - Boston, MA

YETI is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our new store opening on Newbury St. in Boston, MA. You will inspire a team of brand enthusiasts to deliver an exceptional customer experience and build lifetime customer relationships. This role requires a customer first mindset and thrives in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments.

• Leads execution of store processes, payroll management, effective scheduling, merchandise flow, inventory control and visual presentation.
• Drives store sales and profitability using company tools and resources to maximize results and fosters a comprehensive, supportive approach to leading a team.
• Operates holistically using business acumen, strategic thinking, and resourcefulness to solve problems.
• Proactively plans and executes projects including visual merchandising plans, new product launches, and in‑store events.
• Mitigates risk of loss by educating associates, ensuring company policies are followed, and developing strong partnerships with Loss Prevention and Store Operations teams.

• Provides exceptional customer experiences by identifying customer pursuits and creating lifelong YETI customers.
• Acts as a brand enthusiast within the local community, executing store events, generating brand awareness, and inspiring customers to go out into the wild.
• Creates a customer‑centric environment through an effective Sales Floor Leader program and participation in YETI’s WILDER customer service model.

• Inspires and educates the team on YETI product assortments, leading to exceptional performance.
• Identifies and attracts best‑in‑class talent to represent the brand, building trust and morale amid change and unexpected challenges.
• Deeply engages in coaching and developing teams’ selling skillsets through timely, specific feedback and trust building.
• Creates succession plans for developing top talent and provides opportunities for continued development of team members.
• Promotes an inclusive and diverse store environment that encourages trust and teamwork.

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of related experience.
• At least 3 years of retail store management experience in a specialty retail environment.
• Experience managing $2M+ sales volume per year in store revenue.
• Experience implementing new technology and processes to increase profitability.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, open and move product up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age.
