Sales Associate - Part Time

Seeking talented candidates for a Part Time Sales Opportunity at our boutique within Copley Place!

Job Summary

To promote sales by providing excellent service to customers, using professional product presentations, sales techniques, and product knowledge.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide the highest level of customer service by presenting products to customers, explaining benefits, features, quality, prices, and product care.
• Achieve sales and KPI targets through cross-selling and add-ons.
• Maintain Client Book & actively gain new customers for the database.

Operations

• Merchandise the boutique including window decos & in-store visuals; ensure all products are perfectly displayed and organized within corporate guidelines.
• Handle merchandise orders, product deliveries, and receipts.
• Maintain all areas in pristine condition at all times, including shelves, modules, floor, cash counter, dressing room, stock room, and restroom.
• Participate in regular training & team meetings on product knowledge, customer service, promotions, and visual merchandising.
• Handle POS and cash system, maintain records, reports, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Manage product pricing, reclamations, returns, exchanges, and administrative reports.
• Adhere to Wolford standards, including Employee Handbook, Dress Code, and Operations Manual.
• Safeguard company property and enforce loss prevention standards.
• Potential Key holding responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
• Experience in women's ready-to-wear highly desired.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
