This brand is growing its retail team based at the Newbury Street Retail Store and is looking for talented individuals to join. If you're a motivated team player that's obsessed with all things fashion and pop culture, we'd love to hear from you. As a Sales Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide a unique, immersive shopping experience, bringing our online presence into the real world.

• Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining an elevated standard of visual merchandising and store standards.
• Keep the sales floor replenished, and unpack and prepare merchandise as it arrives at the store to be merchandised.
• Being positive, high-energy, highly motivated, and possessing a great sense of style. The goal of the Sales Associate is to excite customers with this new and exciting IRL experience!

• High school diploma required
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred but not mandatory. What matters most is your passion for fashion and a knack for customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
• An upbeat, high-energy demeanor. We're looking for someone who's excited to interact with customers and passionate about our brand.
• Great sense of style
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
