We are looking for a motivated retail stylist to join the John Varvatos team. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, managing merchandise presentation, and reaching sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and recommend appropriate products.
• Meet and exceed sales and performance goals.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and grow client base.
• Maintain a positive, upscale store atmosphere.
• Identify store trends and communicate these to the buyer.
• Upsell and add‑on opportunities without overwhelming customers.
• Assist with stocking, pricing, and store cleanliness.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and other customer concerns with professionalism.

• Strong work ethic and customer‑centric mindset.
• Deep understanding of the John Varvatos brand and clientele.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Drive to exceed sales goals.
• Resourceful problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to expand client base and support existing customers’ growth.

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of luxury sales experience.
• Fluency or conversational level in a foreign language is a plus.

Hourly rate of $18.75 – $20.00 plus commission eligibility.
